Nigerians Regret Voting For Buhari – Ex APC Governorship Aspirant Nath Apir Says

Former APC, governorship aspirant in Benue state, Nath Apir has said that Nigerians are currently regretting that they voted President Buhari into office. According to Vanguard, Apir said this in a media chat with newsmen in Makurdi, Benue state yesterday September 1st.

“During the last administration. Our economy was performing above average. This government came in and because every government comes in to fix the problems of the previous government. It took Presidemt Buhari six months to appoint Ministers in a country where, whether rightly or wrongly was rated by the World Bank and the IMF as Africa’s largest and number one economy.

We did not get that rating through bribe. On coming to government it behoved this administration to inflate the tyres that were low on air pressure, grease those bearings that needed to be oiled so that we don’t grind to a halt just like we are in now. Our country is in shambles, the people can hardly feed, the Naira has crashed to over N400 to the Dollar. They talk of recovering money from looters and we have not seen where the monies have gone to.

Where exactly are the three or five key pillars of the economic policies of the APC government? Agree that there are issues of militancy in the south south, other governments also faced same challenge. Buhari came in with a military mentality to crush them. Look, civilized people negotiate, they don’t do that because they are weak. They do that because they know that you cannot go forward in a situation of crisis and chaos. He has just aggravated our economic situation in the country. Six months no Minister and the country was drifting and has not recovered till today and he has brought us to this level.

Nigerians are regretting voting Buhari, that is the truth. All his policies had been anti corruption, by the time he came in as military ruler in 1983 we resorted to the purchasing of essential commodities. We are back to that vicious circle. We are back to anti corruption war without real economic policies. Let me tell you, western countries are neck deep in corruption. Don’t be deceived, they have been receiving stolen monies from Africa without questioning the sources of such wealth. Today we are asking for the return of those monies and they are asking for proof that the monies are our own when they did not ask the alleged thieves where they got the monies from. These are basic things we should know, they use the monies to develop their economies.

President Buhari’s war on corruption is excellent and I support it, but he must not use his anti corruption war to destroy the country’s economy. He should strengthen institutions to fight corruption. You want to fight corruption go after bankers, permanent secretaries as well, don’t just go after only highly exposed political people. These people cannot transfer monies without the banks. Permanent secretaries are the accounting officers of their offices. How come they are not being held to account. “The economy is in shambles and he has no solution. The experience of the Finance Minister is low. Who is running this economy.

You cannot assemble a group of yes sir people and expect good results. No one to challenge you. An educated man said, ‘we are all ignorant of everything except in that which we know’, that is why you need great minds around you as a leader. So our country is in recession, though I’m not surprise because we had same in 1983 to 1985.

Who is running this economy? As a President he is looking at a maze but you cannot read or lead the economy inside that maze without anybody interpreting it to you, it’s a matrix. Buhari has to reorganize his administration, he has to push out those who obviously have no business in the government, corrupt and inefficient people are everywhere in this government they must leave now to save our country.”he said

Veteran Actor Jackie Chan To Receive Life Time Achievement Oscar

Jackie Chan will be receiving a life time achievement Oscar Award for his work in the entertainment industry.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences made the announcement today, September 1, 2016.

The 62-year-old would be receiving the award at the 2016 Governors Awards alongside other recipients.

The Hong Kong indigene has been involved in Hollywood movies such as “Kung Fu Panda,” “The Karate Kid” and the “Rush Hour” franchise.

Chan and others will be receiving the honorary Oscar statuette recognising their lifetime contribution to film at a gala taking place in Los Angeles in November.

How To Automatically Backup APK Files While Installing From Play Store

Wouldn’t it be nice if your Android automatically keep a backup copy of your application when your install it from Play Store or outside? With this, you don’t have to worry about manually backing-up the APK file of an Android application.

Google Play Store doesn’t let us directly download APK files neither on desktop or phone. When we install an application using Play Sore’s ‘Install’ button, it saves the APK package to a temporary location, installs the APK and then deletes the temporary APK file. Thus, normally we are unable to get the installer file.
The installer file, aka the APK file is sometimes necessary to offline install an application. Some applications have so big size that, if you have limited mobile data or slow internet connection and you face trouble installing them from store. In other cases, you might want to decompile or analyze an APK file or edit its icon or name. An installer file also helps you to send an application to your friend, so your friend doesn’t need to download it from internet.
App Backup & Restore is an application to do the job of auto backup of APK files. When you install an app from Play Store or from other source, App Backup & Restore will automatically make a backup copy of the application’s APK file to a specified location (you can change backup location from Settings).

Multi version backup (you can set how many versions to keep).
Share an app (APK file) via WiFi or Bluetooth.

Open the app, and tap on three vertical dots from top right corner and choose Settings.





Scroll down to bottom area and check the box next to Auto Backup to turn it on.
You can also mark Auto Backup Notify to get notification when an app’s backup is made.
There are other apps like Easy Backup & Restore ,

End Time! Popular Pastor Stones His Congregation With Rocks During Church Service to Heal Them (Photos)

In what will come across as a rather shocking development, a pastor has employed an unconventional method to heal people.

Pastor Lethebo Rabalago of the Mount Zion church in Zebediela, Mathibela, Limpopo, South Africa, has stunned people with his style of healing.
The pastor reportedly calls on his ushers to bring the big rocks into the church. Then, with the church members lying down on the floor at his feet, he drops the heavy stones onto them.
According to Daily Sun SA, the 24-year-old pastor told the congragation that: “The stones will heal your sins. God has instructed me to do this.”
Some of the people in the village speak highly of the young pastor, saying he is a true man of God and they trust him because he grew up in their village and also attended school there.
But some locals believe that what he is doing is not only dangerous, but also evil.
However the church members do not seem to mind. They continue to attend his church services, held in a tent in the village.



Daily Sun SA reports that a church member revealed that the young pastor, who is also called a prophet, prayed for her and she got healed.
Another member said they will continue supporting him because he is doing God’s work.
“The people who are saying negative things about him are sent by demons. He is a good prophet who prays for people and they get healed,” said the member.
“Leave us alone with our rocks.”
Prophet Rabalago said that he started his ministry when he was still a schoolboy in grade 10.
He said if the People’s Paper wanted answers, we must attend one of the church services held on Fridays and Sundays and see the miracles he performs.
“There is also a video that shows everything. I cannot give it to you because it is anointed and you are not,” he said.
“What you saw in those cellphone photographs is what is happening at my ministry. We do everything to heal people and cast out their demons. I put big speakers on them, I drive over them and they never get injured because it is the power of God in me that makes everything possible.”




The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Right of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities chairperson Thoko Mkhwanazi Xaluva said it is difficult for the commission to do anything in these kinds of cases because the people did not see themselves as victims.
“There needs to be regulation that will stop these pastors from harming people. There is no law that makes it illegal for pastors to throw rocks at people.

“The pastors do as they please because the congregants are not complaining,” said Xaluva.

This is the shocking moment a two-week-old infant was miraculously rescued from a 30-feet pit latrine in Narok County, Kenya.
The incident took place on Thursday.
The Kenyans reported that the baby was dumped in the toilet located near a slaughterhouse by a woman believed to be the mother. An eyewitnesses revealed that they saw a woman heading to the toilet with a wrapped baby but on leaving, she no longer had it.
Officers at the slaughterhouse heard cries emanating from the toilet and alerted the police. The police who arrived at the scene used a long rod to hook on the baby’s swaddle and removed it alive.
The newborn was rushed to Narok County Referral Hospital for emergency treatment and the police are now investigating the matter.

New Malware Discovered in Google Play Store

Another Malware has been discovered in Google Playstore despite the facts that it is the most secured store to download apps for Androids.

I don’t know how this malwarenicodemously creep in to Google Playstore but it has infected more than 40 applications on Google playstore and more than 400 applications on unofficial app store. It is called DressCode.

What this specific type of malware does is, it creates a so-called botnet. The attackers are able to use infected devices to route traffic through them. In the case of DressCode, Check Point says, the hackers only used it to generate false ad clicks and traffic, thus collecting ad revenue. However, a botnet can be used for much more serious attacks, such as gaining access to company servers and files.

Even though the malware is used to route traffic for invalid clicks of ad revenue, you still have the responsibility of making sure such kind of malware doesn’t run in the background of your device, otherwise it will affect your device performance.

Always make sure that your Android device have the latest security patch installed and always be careful of what you download in apps store.
